Refund policy

If you require a return, exchange, or credit, please note the following policies:

  • SHIFT does not issue refunds. Eligible items will be accepted for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase or receipt of an online order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of stains, or odors; and have the original tags attached. All exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt or packing slip.
  •  Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • If you receive damaged merchandise, you must notify SHIFT within 3 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise damaged due to being laundered or from being worn will not be accepted for exchange or store credit.

To initiate an online return/exchange:

Contact SHIFT via email at: shiftflint@gmail.com with your name, order number, reason for return/exchange, and preference to either an exchange or store credit.

Once received and processed, store credits will be issued via email to the email address used for the initial order.  They can be used as gift cards for future orders.
